They carry us through life and are one of the most important contact points when cycling. Nevertheless, we pay little attention to our feet when it comes to ergonomics in cycling.
Not only the saddle width is a question of individual anatomy, different foot types also require individual insoles to ensure the best possible power transmission to the pedal.

General effect of our insoles

Optimal
pressure distribution

Maximum
power transmission

Support for the
arch of the foot

Relief of
overstrained nerves

When cycling, no forces act on the foot as they do when walking, so the foot's cushioning function can be dispensed with. As the arches of the foot sink, the foot itself becomes fatigued and, above all, the direct force on the pedal is reduced. The additional compression of the fatigued foot in the cycling shoe can further lead to nerve or vascular constriction, which manifests itself in tingling or numbness.

Learn more about the different problem areas

Based on the foot type determination and thus according to the different foot types and the special requirements of cycling, we have developed insoles in three different shapes that support the respective weak points of the foot.

> Foot type determination

1. Determine foot type

2. Determine leg axis

3. Find the suitable sole
