Ergonomics that make a difference

Support, Alignment and Comfort

The ONE10 Low insoles are specifically developed for cyclists with low or fallen arches. Without proper support, this foot type often leads to instability, fatigue, and uneven pressure distribution. The ONE10 Low insoles offer targeted support for the longitudinal arch, helping activate the foot muscles, reduce strain, and guide the foot into an ergonomic position. The heel cup stabilizes the ankle inside the shoe, while the integrated metatarsal pad relieves pressure in the forefoot and helps reduce numbness in the toes. Lateral forefoot support improves knee alignment and pedal efficiency. A cushioning layer under the grippy microfiber top material absorbs shear forces and adds comfort – even on long rides or under heavy load.

Find your Insoles

By figuring out your foot type and your leg axis, you can determine the kind of support your insoles should have (low, medium, high).

The ONE10 Low insoles were specifically designed for cyclists with flat feet. Unlike walking, cycling does not require the natural damping of the foot. The foot should be as stable as possible in the shoe. Therefore, the insole must support the foot in its natural shape. The targeted support of the foot arch by the ONE10 Low insoles counteracts stress, stabilizes the foot in the shoe, and improves power transfer to the pedal – for a controlled, comfortable, and more efficient riding experience.

Key Features:
Special support for flat foot arches to relieve and stabilize
Improved power transfer through targeted guidance of the midfoot
Reduced knee strain through optimized foot and leg axis
Cushioning effect for more comfort on long rides
Reduced foot movement in the shoe to minimize numbness and friction
