SQlab Road Lifestyle

Ergonomics that make a difference

Support, Stability and Comfort

The ONE11 High insoles are engineered to counteract common issues faced by cyclists with high arches – from foot fatigue and numbness to knee misalignment and loss of power. By stabilizing the foot’s structure and guiding it into an ergonomic position, they reduce pressure hotspots, activate the foot muscles, and improve pedal stroke efficiency. The result: less discomfort, fewer overuse symptoms, and more comfort – even on long rides or technical terrain.

Find your Insoles

By figuring out your foot type and your leg axis, you can determine the kind of support your insoles should have (low, medium, high).

The ONE11 high insoles were developed for cyclists with high foot arches and optimize power transfer through targeted support of the foot structure. They stabilize the foot arch, improve the ergonomic foot position, and reduce fatigue and misalignment during the pedaling motion. The heel strap encloses and supports the ankle in the shoe.

The longitudinal arch support supports the foot sole muscles and counteracts foot fatigue. The pelotte supports the transverse arch and reduces numbness in the toes.

The lateral forefoot support stabilizes the foot outward on the pedal, reducing lateral knee movement and improving power transfer. The cushioning material beneath the microfiber cover, which ensures a good grip in the cycling shoe, cushions softly, absorbs shock, and absorbs shear forces - even during long stages and high loads.

Key features:
Targeted support for high foot arches
Heel, longitudinal, and transverse arch supports for stabilization and pressure distribution
Lateral forefoot support for improved power transfer and less knee movement
Cushioning and shear force absorption for lasting comfort
Grippy microfiber cover for secure fit in the shoe
Ideal for ambitious mountain biking and sporty use
