The SQlab active-technology allows the saddle to flex laterally to follow the movements of the pelvis. This supports the natural pedaling movement and relieves the spine and spinal discs. The lateral flexibility of the saddle adapts dynamically to the rider's movements, promotes a healthy sitting posture and thus provides noticeably more comfort, especially on longer rides.

The two-stage ERGOLUX® shape provides balanced pressure distribution between the sit bones and perineal area. The pressure on the sit bones is distributed over a very large area due to the wave shape. The difference in height between the sit bone support and perineal area is less than with the M-D Line, which is consistently designed to relieve pressure. The 610 ERGOLUX® active 2.1 has a relief of 72%. 

M-D Line stands for maximum relief.

The M-D Line was developed for maximum relief of sensitive areas. A pressure distribution according to medical aspects. M-D Line stands for maximized dip. In combination with the high classic step shape, distributes the body weight to the sit bones. The 610 M-D active has a relief of 82%. 

From now on, SQlab Active saddles are supplied exclusively with a medium elastomer. This helps us reduce overproduction, waste, and unnecessary use of resources, making an important contribution to greater sustainability.

The white and black elastomers for individual adjustment of the Active System remain available at no additional cost. The elastomer set can simply be added to the cart in the webshop if needed. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Alternatively, it is also available from your specialist retailer.

Das ist der Sattel, den Tourenfahrer brauchen (Alltagsfahrer natürlich auch). Seit nahezu 50 Jahren kämpfe ich mit dem magischen Dreieck (Lenker, Sattel, Pedale). Ich weiß nicht, wie viele Sättel ich in all den Jahren schon ausprobiert habe, zufrieden war ich selten und besonders nach etwas längeren Touren fing ich oft erneut an zu suchen, besonders, was die Sattelfrage betrifft. Nun habe ich den 610 ergolux 610 active 2.1 gekauft und auf mittlerer Tour auch ausprobiert (60 Km). Bei diesem Sattel kann ich wohl bleiben. Ich habe sofort die richtige Sitzposition gefunden und konnte ohne irgendwelche Beschwerden Strecke machen. Mit 75 Jahren und mittlerweile begrenzter Fitness bin ich sicher nicht unbedingt repräsentativ für sportliches Tourenfahren , möchte diesen Sattel aber trotzdem unbedingt empfehlen. Obwohl von sehr schlanker Statur (ohne nennenswertes Fett oder stärkere Muskelmasse am Hintern) empfinde ich die feste Struktur dieses Sattels als definitiv richtig, das Stufensystem sowieso! Kein Taubheitsgefühl mehr

Natürlich muss man sich auch an diesen Sattel gewöhnen. Aber wenn das mal gemacht ist hält man es sehr lange auf ihm aus ohne Taubheitsgefühl zu haben
