The 6OX ERGOWAVE® active 2.1 ltd. ION is available in multiple saddle widths, matched to different sit bone distances. The correct width creates a clear support area and a defined riding position – the basis for control when the trail gets rough.

This keeps power transfer calm and direct while the seating position remains stable and reliable. Less sliding, more focus on line choice, flow and control – even as speed, terrain and load constantly change.

Especially when riding an E-MTB, you are often confronted with steeper uphills, and rear support in the cradle is particularly important here. Sliding back and forth unnecessarily is tiring and wastes energy, which is lost to propulsion. The SQlab stepped saddle shape provides a defined riding position and optimizes power transfer to the pedals.

The active technology allows the saddle to follow the rider’s lateral movement while pedaling in a controlled way. This creates a dynamic riding position that feels natural and adapts smoothly to changing loads.

The result: more freedom of movement on the bike, a calmer and more consistent seating feel, and a riding position that stays stable and controlled on long trails and under high loads – without losing the direct connection to the bike.
