The SQlab Adapter Sleeve was developed to securely fit 27.0 mm handlebars into 31.8 mm 2.0 stems or 31.8 mm handlebars into 35.0 mm 2.0 stems.
Made from high-quality aluminum with a silver finish, it offers a precise fit while remaining lightweight and durable.
The sleeve enables the use of proven handlebars with smaller clamp diameters in modern oversize stems – supporting a customized and ergonomically optimized cockpit setup.
Compatible with proven SQlab handlebars precision fit for secure installation.

passender Adapter funktioniert perfekt
nach anfrage an den Kundendienst , wurde mir sehr schnell geholfen, der entsprechenden Adapter wurde sehr schnell zugestellt, alles perfekt
Necessary Evil to run smaller diameter bars
I give the product 4 stars since it does what it says but isn't fun to install. It takes about 5 hands to install properly and get centered. I understand this is just the way this type of product is and may never be capable of achieving a 5 start review. If the two halves keyed together so I didn't have to align them manually while holding my bars and stem it would be helpful. I've ridden some big chunky trails and never had a bar slip or creak. This product works well and I have no qualms about using it on the rowdiest trails. I'll review the bars separately, but if you've read any recent articles about bar flexibility, 31.8 works far better than 35. It's actually kind of odd the bike industry changed to 35mm clamp, and then has spend tons of money trying to get back to the flexibility and feel of the 31.8.
Problem solved
First set of shims accommodating my SQ lab bars to my current stem and hand fatigue reduction immediately noticed. Still awaiting arrival of my second set!
