The SQ-Insoles ONE Sport HIGH are ergonomically shaped insoles for road and MTB shoes with pronounced arch support. They stabilise the foot inside the shoe, creating the foundation for controlled power transfer and more efficient pedalling.

The HIGH version is designed for feet with a high longitudinal arch. Without adequate support, the foot often makes contact with the shoe at specific points only, which can lead to uneven pressure distribution. The stronger arch support helps increase the contact area, distribute pressure more evenly and stabilise foot positioning.

This can result in a smoother pedal stroke, more controlled knee alignment and improved power transfer, especially during sporty riding and longer distances.

Cushioning materials help reduce friction and shear forces, while the top layer supports a balanced climate inside the shoe.
