Insoles ONE sport medium Cycling shoe insoles
Stable foot. Efficient pedal stroke. More performance.
The SQlab insoles for road cycling and mountain biking stabilizes the foot inside the shoe, creating the foundation for greater comfort and more efficient power transfer to the pedal.
Under load, the arch of the foot can collapse slightly to absorb impacts during walking. In cycling, however, this can cause the foot muscles to fatigue and the pedal stroke to become less stable. The SQlab insoles provide targeted support for both the longitudinal and transverse arches, helping the foot maintain its natural shape inside the shoe.
The result: a stable foot, controlled knee alignment, and defined pressure on the pedal – especially during long and demanding rides.
Vibration-damping materials also help reduce friction, while effective moisture management contributes to a more balanced climate inside the shoe.

Targeted support for neutral arches
Aligns the foot ergonomically and helps reduce fatigue and uneven pressure distribution.
Lateral forefoot support
Improves foot stability and guides the knee axis – for better power transfer and less strain.
Cushioning and grip
Padding and microfiber cover provide long-lasting comfort and a secure fit in the shoe.
Ergonomic support
The ONE sport Med insoles provide targeted midfoot and heel support – for better alignment, more efficient pedaling, and greater comfort on long rides.
