The SQ-Insoles ONE Sport MED are ergonomically shaped insoles for road and MTB shoes with medium arch support. They stabilise the foot inside the shoe and create the foundation for efficient and even power transfer during pedalling.

The MED version is designed for feet with a neutral longitudinal arch. It supports the natural foot shape and helps maintain a stable foot position under load. This allows power to be transferred more evenly and with greater control to the pedal.

This can result in a smoother pedal stroke, more stable knee alignment and improved control on longer and more demanding rides.
