More Stability – Better Performance

Why Foot Measurement Matters

Your feet form one of the most important contact points between you and your bike. If your arch isn’t properly supported, it can cause pain, pressure points, or even lead to power loss during pedaling. By identifying your foot type and choosing the right insole, SQlab helps improve your bike fit – making every ride smoother and more efficient.

How does the foot measurement work?

SQlab Lab 2025

Step 1

Place the included SQlab measurement sheet on a hard, even surface.

Stand evenly on the paper – ideally barefoot – and distribute your weight equally between both feet.

Make sure you stay relaxed – this ensures an accurate arch imprint.

Step 2

Use a pen to carefully trace the outline of both feet.

Then, follow the enclosed visual guide to determine your foot type based on your arch height:

Flat / Low arch, Medium arch, or High arch.

Step 3

Select the insole that matches your arch type.

All SQlab insoles are specifically designed to support your anatomy – giving your feet the structure they need for optimal comfort and efficiency.
