Jeff Ward, an exceptional talent in action sports!

We developed the 612 ERGOWAVE® active 2.1 together with our longtime friend Jeff Ward and Troy Lee.

“Big thanks to SQlab. I’m impressed—not just with how the saddle looks, but more importantly, with how great it feels.” – Jeff Ward

The 612 ERGOWAVE® active 2.1 is a performance-driven saddle for road and mountain biking. Its wave-shaped design supports a stable riding position and ensures optimal pressure distribution across the sit bones. This significantly enhances comfort and maximizes power transfer to the pedals.

Saddle Width System

perfect fit

Engineered for optimal comfort and ergonomics, selecting the right width based on individual sit bone distance ensures effective weight distribution. This helps prevent issues such as numbness, sit bone pain, coccyx discomfort, and pressure on the pubic arch.

Pressure relief

The SQlab stepped saddle design promotes optimal pressure distribution by transferring weight from the sensitive perineal region to the sit bones. With a lower saddle nose that alleviates pressure on delicate areas and a central dip that supports healthy blood flow and nerve supply, this saddle enhances overall comfort.

active-Technology

Relief for the spinal discs

SQlab active saddle technology allows the saddle to follow the pedaling motion, increasing comfort, mobilizing the spinal discs and minimizing pressure on the sit bones.
