Anyone who meets the eligibility requirements stated in the official contest terms and conditions may submit a design. Participants must be at least 18 years old unless the final conditions state otherwise.
No. You can work digitally or create your design by hand. Your final submission must be uploaded in one of the supported file formats and must clearly show all required product views.
No. Designs containing third-party brands, copyrighted characters, unlicensed artwork or other protected material cannot be considered.
No. AI-generated or primarily AI-created submissions are not eligible. The design must reflect your own creative work.
PDF, JPG and PNG are recommended for the final presentation. The exact formats and maximum file size will be displayed next to the upload field.
SQlab conducts an internal preselection based on compliance with the rules, originality, visual quality and technical feasibility. The shortlisted designs then enter the community vote.
Participation conditions for the competition "Community Jersey Design Contest"
The organizer of the competition is SQlab (hereinafter also referred to as the "Organizer"), a trademark of Boards & More GmbH, Keltenring 9, 82041 Oberhaching, Germany.
The competition is offered on the organiser's website: www.sq-lab.com. Instagram or other third-party platforms are not associated with the competition as co-organisers.
To participate, a finished draft must be provided via the upload option offered and the participation form must be filled out. Acceptance of these terms and conditions of participation is made. Participants must provide their e-mail address and first name, which automatically subscribes them to the SQlab newsletter. The organizer is also entitled to provide further marketing information. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time.
Participation in the competition is free of charge. In return for the chance to win, the organizer receives the right to use the data provided by the participant for the purpose of sending the prize.
The participant is responsible for determining that all rights to the submitted design are in his own hands and can therefore be assigned to the organizer without restriction.
The winner will be determined by November 17, 2026. After a pre-selection by a jury consisting of representatives of the organizer's marketing, product & design department, the winner will be determined on Instagram by social vote. The prize includes the realization of their own design within the 2027 product range, 3 sets of the finished product worth 510 EUR, an SQlab voucher worth 500 EUR, and 2,500 EUR.
Persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. The competition is open worldwide. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide sufficient proof will result in disqualification.
Multiple entries, including those with different email addresses, are not permitted.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical difficulties that may limit the accessibility of the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or extend the Prize Draw period at any time without prior notice and without giving any reason.
Employees of the Promoter and other brands of Boards & More GmbH as well as their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Attempts to influence by means of technical manipulation, multiple entries, entry of false personal data or similar serious violations will result in retroactive disqualification. Prizes will be sent by courier, parcel service or post to an address specified by the winner by the Promoter or a designated third party. Delivery is free of charge, the registered office is Munich. The choice of model depends on availability. If the selected model is no longer in stock, an alternative model or colour variant will meet the prize requirement. Cash payment, changes or substitution of the prize are not permitted. The transfer of the prize to a third party is excluded.
