The ONE11 Low insoles were specifically designed for cyclists with a lowered or flat foot arch. The heel strap encloses and supports the ankle in the shoe. The longitudinal arch support assists the foot sole muscles and counteracts foot fatigue. The pelotte supports the transverse arch and reduces numbness in the toes. The lateral forefoot support stabilizes the foot outward on the pedal, reducing lateral knee movement and improving power transfer.
