Easy Measurement at home

Our "Measure Me" set, complete with measuring cardboard and papers, allows you to easily determine your: Sit bone width, ideal grip size & foot type. All from the comfort of your home!

Detailed instructions are included in the set and can also be found on our measurement pages. For your convenience, we've provided a summary below.

Sit bone measurement

Place the measuring cardboard on a smooth surface or measuring stool. Sit on it with a straight back and pull towards the cardboard. Please make sure that your feet are slightly elevated. Measure the distance between the resulting sit bone imprints from center to center. Select the sitting position from the positions shown and add the corresponding value to the measured sit bone distance.

Grip size measurement

Place the hand on the chart and align the top of the middle finger with the tip of the arrow. Spread the thumb out a little to the side. Mark the bend of the thumbs as shown on the chart. Read the size from the chart an select the appropriate grip size.

Foot type measurement

To determine the appropriate insole, start by tracing the basic shape of your foot and identifying your foot type. Next, stand upright, preferably in front of a mirror. Ensure that your knees and/or ankles are touching – this allows for the determination of your leg axis. The combination of your foot shape and leg axis will guide you to the selection of the suitable insole.
