The ONE11 Low insoles are specifically designed for cyclists with low or fallen arches. They offer targeted support that stabilizes the foot, reduces pressure points, and helps prevent fatigue – especially on long rides and under high loads. By supporting the heel, longitudinal arch, and metatarsal area, they promote a more neutral foot position and activate the plantar muscles. The built-in metatarsal pad reduces pressure on the forefoot and helps relieve numbness in the toes. Lateral forefoot support improves stability on the pedal and minimizes unwanted knee motion, while the cushioning layer under the grippy microfiber cover absorbs shear forces and enhances overall comfort and control.
