Form, function and comfort upgrade for the well-known ERGOWAVE® models 611 & 612

The successful ERGOWAVE® saddle models 611 for mountain bike and 612 for road and MTB race have been revised for the coming season. Many findings from the development of new saddle models are incorporated here. The result a higher relief, more comfort while offering less weight. 

WEIGHT

Numerous findings from the development of the 612 ERGOWAVE® R have been incorporated into the shell design, making it significantly lighter.

RELIEF

A slightly higher, medium ERGOWAVE® step and a slightly deeper dip lead to an additional improvement in perineal relief.

COMFORT

Many small improvements in shape add up to a significantly improved level of comfort.

Perfect fit

Prerequisite for maximum comfort even off-road is the perfect fit for the mountain biker. Available widths: 13 / 14 / 15 / 16 cm

Support & pressure relief

The saddle‘s wave-like shape and raised rear ensure perfect rearward support and optimum pressure distribution down to the deep structures of the body, which significantly improves power transmission to the pedal.

More space

The lowered nose, in combination with the recess in the middle, creates more space and clearance for the perineal area for both women and men.

New active-Technology

The active system has not only become lighter, but also much smoother. This increases comfort for the sit bones as well as relieving pressure on the intervertebral discs. In particular, the mobilization of the intervertebral discs is now clearly noticeable.

The active-movement is even more adjustable in the new models, as the elastomers have become smaller and lighter.

The SQlab active saddle technology means that the saddle follows the pedalling movement, which increases comfort, mobilises the intervertebral discs and minimises pressure on the sit bones.

Mountainbike

The 611 ERGOWAVE® active 2.1 is the perfect companion for long uphills and trail descents on the mountain bike. Compared to the 612 model, this has minimally more padding material for more cushioning in rough terrain. In addition, the Kevlar cover protects the particularly stressed areas on the saddle. 

Road & MTB Race

The saddle for long distances on the road and in the race. The 612 ERGOWAVE® was again optimized in its shape and received in this train a slimmer shape. The slightly deeper dip improves the relief in the perineal area, especially in a sporty riding position.
