For a smooth return, the following steps should be considered (conditions can be found in our shipping policies):

Contact us

Contact our customer service by email ([email protected]) to request a return or withdrawal. Please explain the reason for the return and add the following data:

  • Customer adress (shipping address)
  • Invoice or proof of purchase (attach a copy)

Pack and return the item(s)

After contacting us, a return label subject to charge can be provided to send the item back to us. Alternatively, the package can be returned to us at your own expense, insured, with a shipping company of your own choice. The total cost of the return is 5€ (incl. return label & handling fee) and will be included in the refund.

Please pack the products with care so that they arrive undamaged. Further details can be found in our shipping policies and FAQ.

How does my return proceed?

After the package has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed by customer service and forwarded to accounting. As soon as a credit note has been issued, a notification will be sent by e-mail (please also check your spam folder).
